I think both were probably drunk and in the clubbing, sexual mood but then she cried foul after the fact.

But that still would be foolish on his part since he was already accused once.

What I find funny is how the anti-Steeler fans jump on him for it. Sure I probably would too if I were there shoes....but c'mon think about it.

You forget how evil females can be.

In their defense tho......many of us jump on the bengals when their guys get arrested, or when they sign one that has a rap sheet.

turn around is fair play I guess. I

Have to agree with the others that said it's stupid to continue to put yourself into this position. Smarten up. Either you're a dumbass with a sex problem or a dumbass who doesn't realize that you're a pro athlete and you're being targeted. Regardless, get your shit together. I wish he was as smart off the field as he is on it.

My whole problem with this is that these guys should know these money hungry bitches are going to do this.

They need to protect themselves from this type of stuff.

Agreed, but you have assholes on both sides who still defend the player(s) in question.

He is, at minimum, guilty of continuesly making bad choices. 2 times in 2 years? Quit putting yourself in these situations even.

I can't speak for the entire fanbase. I don't waste my time with stuff like that, but I do find humor in Cleveland's failures.

Been listening to 93.7 the fan out of Pittsburgh. They talked to the police dept down there in the guy said that Ben has never been a suspect and they dont know how his name got even brought up.
Just telling you what they said. But the lady did say that the accused was 6'5'' 241 lbs. Not 240 or 250 lbs but 241 lbs. That happens to be what he is listed in the Steeler media guide. Something dont sound right here.

I have a great time in hating the Steelers...it's one of life's simple pleasures.

But....Ben is innocent until proven guilty. There's a lot of gold diggers out there...just sayin.

Let the courts figure it out. If he's found guilty, then he should do the time. Until then, he's as "guilty" as the Duke LaCross players.

He is guilty of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Most of the time. Sure, there are money grabbing chicks out there. This stuff isnt happening twice in 2 years to many other millionaire QB's is it?

I am no Steeler fan but I really doubt that any high profile athlete ever has to force a girl to do anything. Probably another cash grab attempt or something. Or the girl was just completely trashed as it was happening. I dont know...

But I have to laugh at automatik. You can't be serious. The minute any other team (mostly the Bengals) do something wrong or even talk about bringing the Pacman in, you guys just take over the thread, flame and make jokes... so when somebody from the Steelers does something, you had to know somebody was going to say something

I'm generally skeptical of this stuff because people are always trying to find ways to scam themselves into big money.

That said, this happening to the same guy twice in such a short time is a real red flag.

A lot of times there is no consent when it comes to partying, mingling, clubbing and then sex. One thing leads to another. It's more about timing and game.

I'll wait to hear more details but maybe he just doesn't have it. :D
