I'm trying to remember how I ran a year end league calcutta a few years ago. I've always heard of it as a "Horse and Pony" format. It's two man best ball using handicap but each golfer is on two teams. I can't recall how we determined what "A" player was with what "B" player and how we grouped them together for tee times. Any help would be greatly appreciated if anyone knows what type of format I'm talking about.

I'd just play man to man defense and make them shoot from the outside.
