In the spirit of getting the ball a rolling in here, how bout a classic question..................what are your favorite running shoes?
I love the Brooks Trance series especially the Trance 6 & 7. I didn't have much luck with the Trance 8 as I began to have knee issues in those shoes.
My all-time favorites were the original Nike Waffle Trainers. I wore those puppies out. I also was partial to the Nike Daybreaks.

The Saucony Pro Grid replaced the Mizuno Wave Alchemy as my favorite (training) shoe.
Ya made me do it, I got my college spikes out of the closet. Aaaaaaaah..........goodness, are these comfortable! These shoes are from the early 90's, so Unfortunately Al Gore hadn't invented the internet yet. I can not find a picture of the Nike Zoom D. Some may remember the Nike Kennedy's, they are similar to those.

When I was running, I favored New Balance because I needed the wide heel to give me more support. There were also a couple of shoes that Nike made that I liked.
