The Bengals will still finish the season with 10-11 wins. They have a very favorable schedule the rest of the way, so hopefully they can pull it back together next week.

How exactly is dual possession an interception? Granted, the game clock had expired anyway and it made absolutely no difference in the end result, but how do you give the Raiders another turnover?

Glad to see the Browns are not the only team that can choke a victory away but no one does it better than the Browns baby!!!!!!!!!

One of the BIGGEST plays of the game was late in the 4th before the Bengals fumble when Bernard Scott was NOT down and they blew the play dead as he was still moving and he would have scored if not for the officials calling forward progress

As a Raiders fan from Ohio, there's probably no other team I'd rather beat than the Bengals...at least this year. hahaha

Hopefully this leads to seeing less Bengals jerseys around this week.

Agreed, but this loss belongs to nobody but the Bengals. They had so many blown opportunities in this game.

I don't know. A lot of teams go down the toilet rapidly when they get in a good place. This game was supposed to be one of those "very favorable" elements of their remaining schedule! Lose to Minn and SD and one of the other 3 " very favorable" elements puts them at 9-6 and likely having to win at the NYJ to make the playoffs!

Well they got the Browns then Lions. Likely lose to Minnesota and possibly San Diego. Then they finish with the Chiefs and Jets. I see, at minimum, three wins of those remaining games.

Gotta love the Bengals fans crying. Face it, you got beat by an inferior team led by a QB that no one wanted.

Oakland's D played great to contain Palmer and Ochocinco in the red zone. Oakland's D stepped up big in the red zone too.

Can't say enough about Gradkowski on the final drive. So very gutsy.

And Morgan Trent proves that he still sucks....just like those good ole days back at UM.

Oakland overcame their own mistakes and contained Cincy. The D played well enough to give Oakland a chance at the end of the game. And probably the biggest thing of all, Oakland didn't quit when down 14-0 as they would have in year's past.

High five to you too and here's hoping you know some cocky Bengals fans that you can jaw with a little bit.

I already got into a nice text message exchange with a Bengals' fan. His final response: "I miss JaMarcus."

Hahaha. I predicted Oakland by 6 on my facebook and of course, the cocky Bengal fans were out in full force hating on me. Now they're inserting their collective feet into their mouths.

the hardest thing to do in sports is form your own intensity when there isn't anything to help you do it.

As a bengal fan I admit going into this game I didn't have any feelings on it. Wasn't excited to see it, wasn't all that interested in it. Figured the Bengals could take care of business and get a W.

Players probably felt the same thing. Stadium was 70% empty, wasn't televised locally, had to make a cross country trip, there isn't a bitter rivalry. All of it contributed to a day where the Bengals went through the motions. As a former player I know I have done it, you just don't get amped up as you could. Same thing happened against the Texans.

Next week should be better since they are playing a division opponent and they can go undefeated in the division for the first time ever. However, against the Lions I wouldn't be surprised if it was a nail biter as well.

They are human, they make mistakes. Today's was underestimating your opponent and not creating a sense of urgency.

Hey, I'm a long-time Bengals fan and I knew this one would be tough. I believe the Bengals are something like 1-6 Vs. Oakland out on the left coast. It's the NFL, no game is a gimmee. In fact, these next two will be very tough. Cleveland played the Bengals tough in the first meeting and Detroit, with its' big win today, has some momentum. I will venture to say that the Bengals will lose one of the next two and then surprise everyone with a win at Minnesota. That's just how the Bengals seem to roll. It's been that way for a long time. No cockiness from this Bengals fan.

Morgan Trent was horrible in college, I was shocked that he was drafted he must of had a good forty time . This was a very bad loss for the Bengals, a chance to go up 2 games on the Steelers and they blew it. Look for a 9-7 record or 10-6 at best. jmo

The Bengals have beat the big boys but to be a serious team, you have to take care of business against lesser opponents. One thing I admire about the Patriots is that they prepare hard each week, no matter the opponent.

I feel the Bengals prepared well for this game. Oakland did what you have to do to beat Cincy..............bring the heat against Carson Palmer. The Bengals running game was solid, but, the passing game wasn't really there after the first quarter. Throw in the really stupid turnovers and you have the recipe for what happened today. Sad part of it is they let Gradkowski beat them...............he won't even be in the league much longer IMO.

I just hope Russell is out of the league before Gradkowski ever is. At least Gradkowski gets excited about playing the game and actually cares.
