My ex used to love watching Lifetime movies.

You notice how I referred to her as "my ex", don't you? Just a note for all potential future Heretic Hook-Ups. That is, when (and if) female-types join this site.

If you don't see it and think of the Golden Girls, you are just lying.

Let's be honest.

You can sue, but I doubt you'll make any money off of it. The most you would get would be a refund of your membership fee and maybe some punitive damages, but I can't see you being in the positive after you take out lawyer fees and court costs.

You don't need a lawyer for small claims court. That's what makes it convenient and easy to use. So as long as you don't ask for more than $3500 (I think it's 3500, might be 4000) in damages you shouldn't need a lawyer. Even thought it'd be stupid to sue anyways.
