Every single one of those officers should be suspended without pay at the least, if not lose their jobs. There's no possible or reasonable way to justify their actions.

Maybe he should have drank Diet Mountain Dew. Possibly a lighter ass whooping that was obviously warranted. I think he was clearly resisting.

I think there's more to this story....the daily voice isn't exactly ONN and the mom is automatically pulling the "race" card. Let justice be served when the evidence and facts are stated before we go blaming sole guilt on the officers. Can we say "Duke Lacrosse" players???


Btw, calling policeman "Pigs"???? Really? What is this, an acid trip back to 1969 San Fransisco?

How does she know what they assumed?

Look, if everything turns out like they are trying to make it, I say the officers should not only lose their jobs, but also face criminal charges. BUT, I'm not personally going to make a judgment after reading a few sentences in a black paper, qouting the kids mom.

Jordan Miles was walking from his mother's home to his grandmother's house when three undercover white police officers jumped out of a car and approached him around 11 p.m. on January 12. Miles, 18, ran but the undercover officers caught him and punched him with closed fists, according to news reports.
The way this news site worded this article completely throws them out as being unbiased.

Three undercover cops with guns should not have to get close enough to even have to swing one blow, escpecially if they feel the perp has a weapon. If they were afraid for their saftey, they could have drawn their weapon, announced themselves as police, and I'm sure the boy would have stopped. Also, I live in Cleveland and here are undercover cars have lghts and sirens, they couldn't have blurped him and flashed their lights.

And those cops do not save my ass every night, those are the cops that just a few days pulled me over and asked me if I was lost and that I didnt have to be THERE in a nice neighborhood. Dont give me that crap.

yup police are now stalkers. you know I'd bet they'd argue it if he was drunk driving and got caught that it happened because he was black. I would also bet the house that when the cops got out they yelled freeze police.

Do you know the whole story asshole, before you go calling them pigs! This guy last night beat the hell out of this female cop and shot at her but his gun jammed. She wiped the blood out of her eyes and fired two shots at him. No more bad guy!
