So I have 2" of frozen water in my yard and with a warm rain that would equal a big storm, especiallt since any new rain will not soak in. The Buckeye Ocean will flood!

It's saying Columbus, where I live and where the model says significant snow threat, is only supposed to get 1.3 inches, but Nelsonville, which is where I work and just below the snow threat is supposed to get 2.4 inches.

I'll trust it more tomorrow night or Saturday.

Don't look or trust those accuweather alarms they are trash!!!
Looking like a hit for Central and Southern Ohio yet again. If you have got the last 3 storms you will likely get this one. I just hope it isn't an ice storm.

I never thought I would say this, but I seriously cannot deal with any more snowdays right before or after a weekend. The kids come back NUTS because they are SO out of routine. I hate it. We had a 3 day week this week and a 3 day week last week and it has been a NIGHTMARE.

Not a chance in hell. I'm no meterologist nor do I play one on TV but that thing is a farce.

I know how you feel. Last week we had 2 days off, 2 delay days, and 1 normal day. This week we had Monday off (President's day) and three straight snow days. We have been in school 2 of the last seven school days, and one of them was a delay day.

I'm all for the occasional snow day, but this is getting ridiculous. Tomorrow is going to be a joke...the kids won't be able to focus on anything.

Most recent model run sends the system to our northwest, which means rain for most of Ohio.

The computer models are having a hard time pinning this one down. Every time I check in on a couple of different weather sites, the situation has changed. We really won't know what we'll be getting for another 24-36 hours.

As much as I like snow, it wouldn't break my heart if we miss this one.

I agree. This thing could go 100 different ways but I think it follows the last 3 imo. Rain would suck, snow would suck, ice would suck, 80 degrees would suck. A nice gradual warm up with no precip is what Ohio needs. IF I lived where I thought I would flood, I would be calling State Farm tomorrow.

Yes, I am sure the Weather is the cause of your laziness and apathy.

I think what Accuweather is telling me with the 1.4" prediction is that they are saying what Jym is saying, a lot of sleet and rain then an inch of snow or two on the backend for Columbus.

Please no more snow. I can't stand snow. Let it rain and stay warm and melt all this freaking snow.

Had to shovel my roof! Just finished at midnight.
Gutters are frozen solid and the snow was daming up the melted snow from around my furnace pipe. I noticed a water spot on the cieling. Hope this solves that!
