When articles include things like dates, quotes, names, places and other verifiable information, it really doesn't matter WHO the source is.

Now if you want to attack purely OPINION pieces that don't include any factual basis, that's another story. I'll be right there will you when you post something from the dimwits at Kos or DU.
Not all libs are like that...i know many who actually agree with you and others on this board.

I am most certainly in agreement with you and others in regards to being against wide-ranging LEGISLATION and the like.
What is likely to cause problems is the fact that the EPA has been ordered to implement climate change regulations via the Clean Air Act absent congressional action. At this point, carbon WILL be regulated, and the EPA is in the process of implementing its proposed system. A legislative action is the best way to protect businesses/ratepayers from rate shock.

Yeah, Obama and his cronies will try and circumvent due process by using the thugs at the EPA to get what they want. It will take exposure of these tactics to have even a little hope of circumventing them.

Not an easy task when all of the major media is on-board with this scam and will work to protect their leader.

It's really damn hot outside and will be for several days. I guess global warming is back. We set a record high today. Our emissions must be stopped.

In fairness, it was the Supreme Court that ordered the Bush EPA to regulate GHGs under the CAA, not the Obama adminsitration. I'm sure Administrator Jackson et al. aren't heartbroken to come in to the situation, but the idea of the EPA doing this occurred under Bush.

I don't give a crap who it originated under.

I give a crap what they're going to try and do with it NOW.

That's all on Obama.
