I second MB's post about Vegas. Sin City is great. 24 hours of legal alcohol service is nice. Assuming you're an alcoholic.
Folly Beach isn't too bad. They have built a couple more bars around so that you can drink. Plus I believe it is still the only beach close to it where you can drink on the beach (out of cups). Downtown Charleston has a lot of bars but it would be a 15 minute taxi ride, not sure how much it would cost. If you just want beach and beer, Myrtle wouldn't be bad. But it kind of sucks.
