Congrats to West Jeff - Tournament Champs ---very solid team, as usual.

Our Licking Heights Hornets finished second. With such a young team, a couple empty weightclasses, and a couple "weight" issues, we couldn't even begin to hang with the rough-riders. Our boys still wrestled hard, earned a couple championships, and deserve a lot of credit. ...........Keep building, Heights

Liberty Unions 130# Tyler Barber picked up his 100th career victory. Way to go, Tyler.

I would assume Sean Prather was voted tournament MVW after his hard fought win against Grandview's Michael Falk. Prathers late 3rd period takedown secured the victory, but it was a dogfight the whole match.

Gotta figure out a way to get the MSL Cardinal Tournament numbers up. Only 49 out of 70 weightclass spots were filled, and some middle-weight kids only got 2 matches ........at a league dual?

A couple match-ups we really wanted to see never happened, but it was a good day of wrestling. Best luck in the post season.
