I think the Mods on here do a very good job.

Example: shutting down the "Racist" thread before it got out of hand!

Sure they got their last shots in, but that is their privilege, imo.

Had to shut it down.

That thread just made a lot of people look stupid and it would have only went downhill from there.

JJHuddle mod-like would have been for liteinthetunnel to combine it with a completely irrelevant thread such as "what is your favorite pastry", which would have obviously been a thread started by lite himself... because your worth in this world is based on the percentage of threads you start on a HS sports message board... :P

Yaah, I'm all for free will and open discussion and the freedom of speech, but that was just ignorance and didn't bring anything to the table.

It wasn't funny, it wasn't informative, and it was pretty damn stupid...

Actually the Mods here do a decent job...when they are sober...which excludes Heretic. (I kid once again)

Yep. He asked me to close it because people were getting pissed, so I locked it. justincredible reopened it, but then it was deleted....not sure how that happened.

LJ claimed he went to delete a post somewhere and axed the entire damn thing by mistake.

I'm not saying he's full of shit or not because I don't know or care, but this was his response to it.
