Cavs tonight against Orlando. Orlando going back to back coming off a win last night beating Chicago in Chicago.

My Direct TV is out and can't get a repair guy there until tomorrow.

I fear it will be Orlando by 10+ tonight. The Magic are playing their best ball of the year, and the Cavs are shorthanded and have looked awful the past two games.

Orlando was stacked last year, and then their GM made the classic mistake teams make after they lose in the final rounds. Vince Carter has been playing out of his mind recently, but let's not forget for the past month or so he has been awful.

I never thought Cleveland matched up with them very well at all last year, but this year I do. I think Cleveland wins.

Gotta get D Howard in foul trouble again.

Remember though, that can happen in the opposite way as well, a la the Cavs after the '07 Finals.

This will be a tough win to get without Molonte. However, if everyone steps up and they can get Howard into trouble early victory could be had.

Not sure how I feel about tonights game. Toss up right now because Cleveland hasn't been playing well, just not playing good teams.

Cavs showed a human side over the past 6 quarters. Mainly, Juwan Williams, Parker, Moon and Z did not play well. But it's hard to stay real sharp after blowing out the Knicks in half #1....and then facaing the 4-48 Nets. LeBron slept walked through most of the Jersey game.

Cavs are up 6 in the loss column versus Orlando. A win tonight would be the dagger for the team that is the only possible threat to take over the top seed in the East. A Cav win would probably give the Cavs the tie breaker as well....thus a 7.5 game lead in the loss column with 28 games to play.

Parker needs to clamp down and get in Carter's drawers tonight. And hopefully Shaq/Z punish Howard on the block.

I'm hoping for another Cavalier blowout...as they have answered the bell all year against the better teams.

Cavs are 22 and 3 over their last 25....with the losses by one point, 2 points, and 3 points over that span.

You've come done with another bout of "Clevelandsportsitis". Nobody on the local sports shows, nor the national sports shows have claimed the Cavs are playing awful. Quite the contrary.

42-11....12 wins in a row. I'll take that "awful" all year.

I don't what anyone is saying about them. I watched the games. You don't play well and still only beat the Knicks and Nets by 7 at home. The defense has been shaky and the offense got stagnant against New Jersey. Hopefully they were just sleepwalking and they can turn it back on tonight, but as a Clevelander, I am skeptical.

I am tired of regular season numbers and streaks, they don't mean anything at all.

Cleveland has played 1 winning team (Memphis 26-25) in their last 8 games. During their 12 game winning streak they have beat 4 teams with a .500 plus record (LAL, TOR, MEM, OKC).

Yes, I am happy were winning a W is a W but I also won't brag it up. I learned my lesson last year, might want to take some advice also.

Obviously, I buy into the regular season match ups a little bit, because I do think they CAN exploit weaknesses.

Jawad Williams has been playing some very solid basketball, and I love the tall line up Mike Brown goes to at times with Moon, LeBron, Williams, and Parker in at the same time... We have the ability to create all kinds of match up problems offensively and defensively..

Is this game life or death? No. But Cleveland has played the top teams with a vengeance this year. They seem to have a different mentality...

The thing I fear about this game? Orlando has somewhat been on a roll (despite blowing a 21 point lead to Washington and losing) and Cleveland is on a 12 game winning streak. Long wining streaks can get a team complacent, and I know if the Cavs lose this game the TNT guys will be all over them.. Hell, even if the Cavs win the TNT guys will be ragging on them.. It's just the way things are.

Yeah.....can the playoffs start already? I want to see them win, but this game means nothing(just like the Laker/Cavs games).

"mean everything"? I highly doubt you can find me stating that. Nothing like twisting someone's words around in order to score points. What I've said....the number 1 seed gives you the best chance to win. That is a proven statistical fact.

Number one seeds have done better than number 2's. And 2's have done better than 3's.

Doesn't matter if we're talking football, basketball, baseball, tennis, golf, or basket weaving.

I love bragging it up. The Cavs have won 12 in a row. I love it. We are the best team in the NBA record wise. I love the entertainment this team provides. When the playoffs get here, I'll be primed for more great entertainment.

Now...because I said this on some anonymous sports blog site....it isn't gonna change anything that happens in the future regarding the Cavaliers.

A life lesson...enjoy and revel in the moment. Live each day like it could be your last.

Most of us suffer from Clevelandsportitis ...at least to some degree. It's only normal. Not gonna let negative thoughts ruin a great season by the Cavaliers.

The regular season meant everything to Skyhook before Kobe won a ring without Shaq and LeBron won the MVP. Now the regular season means nothing to him. So I can't understand why he gets so caught up in whatever Kobe or LeBron is doing in the regular season.
