Didn't even try to watch the videos. If I did, I would be in the bathroom throwing up right now. The pictures of some of those almost made me throw up though.

I'm very good with blood, guts, gore, body torsions, and the whole nine yards...but something about sports injuries just makes my stomach spircal out of control. I guess because I played sports all my life and can picture most of those things happening to me. If these occured in ways other than sports, I think I'd be fine watching them all.

What was number 1, just curious??

I can't watch nasty injuries, especially if they involve ankles. I throw up in my mouth when I see a bad one from all the injuries I've had myself.

Yeah, I'm in a nursing program right now and I've already gotten the chance to see some crazy ass shit. None of that has messed with my stomach as much as those sports videos though.

Good luck with the Doctor thing, by the way. I wanted to do that at one time but decided I didn't want to go to school that long...I figured being a nurse and eventually a nurse practicioner would be more realistic for me.

Has seen the ESPN promos for the WC when the defender gets hit right in the chest by another players cleats??

I did that (or relatively the same play) to a kid in HS. Corner kick came in, and I went and jumped to volley it. The kid tripped over another player and right into my followthrough. I hit him square in the chest and knocked him over as well as carried my momentum to land right on top of his chest. Broke 4 of his ribs. I can still hear the cracking of the bones whenever that promo is played on ESPN. Simply disgusting sound.

Oh, and I was awarded a penalty kick cause some dude handled the ball in the 18 yard box:D

Goalie gets throat sliced open by a skate. Literally looks like he is dying by the amount of blood gushing out. Like Jack Bauer sliced his neck open with a switchblade and cut the jugular :D

Hockey ice skate to the throat. Big gash on the throat. Blood all over the ice. It was like a Rob Zombie film on the ice. Pretty grusome, but I thought some of the ankles and skeletal injuries were worse. Those get me way worse than what blood does.

Yeah I can tolerate blood, to an extent, but ankles just hit me sooo wrong.

Do you know if that kid had surgery for it? If so, they probably had to 'crack' the chest prior, which is a brutal process even though they're under anesthesia.

This was the worst one for me. His leg literally smashes up like the guy jumped on a cardboard box.

Protho's is brutal. Deandre Brown from Southern Miss had a pretty bad one too.

That hockey "throat cut" (#1) is plain nasty. He's a lucky man.

I actually enjoy watching the LT/Theisman one. Yeah...it's also nasty...but it's refreshing to see LT so concerned. He genuinely feels bad for his responsibility in that injury...and it shows. That's sportsmanship, and I commend him for it.
