WOW
I didn't call him anything. As far as I'm concerned, the more of these old lifetime politicians that we can get rid of, the better off this country will be.
I agree

The sooner we weed out the career politicians in Washington either by election or natural causes, the better off this country will be.

OK...It's now Day 2....and Murtha is still a scumbag. His death hasn't changed that fact.

What in the hell is wrong with you people.

No wonder politics is in the state it's in. People can't even show a tiny bit of respect when another human being dies. Despite his politics, this man was a 37 year veteran of the Marine Corps. Are some of you too good to even say thank you?

I can tell you one damn thing....

If this had been ANY POLITICAL FIGURE....I wouldn't have said ONE negative thing about them on the day of their passing.

It's wrong and all of you Pubs know it...but you just don't give a damn

I guess we wont be getting his apoligy for accusing Marines of rape and murder in Iraq, which turned out to be false.

Murtha took in about 100 mil a year in earmarks...and thus, he's a favorite target of fiscal conservatives because he unapologetically got as many earmarks as he could for his district.

The way I see it. At least he wasn't a phony...there's very few Congressmen who walk the walk when it comes to earmarks but they'll talk a big game.

Probably not our most noble congressman, but man there is some STRONG hate goin on in here.

He was a thief. He stole from other districts to give to his own.
