Key game for both teams to see where they measure up this early in the season...

Of course, if this was JJ Huddle, I'd say the Cavs season is already over with and that we're all CC's, but a new forum brings new hope!

Should be a good game, the first of a back-to-back on the Florida road trip.

I'll take Cleveland 97-93 LBJ 34/8/10 Shaq 22/12/3 blocks

Thoughts?

Should be a fun one to watch, I haven't watched the Magic yet this year. I think you are right, the original superman will show up big.

The magic are pretty much the reason we brought in guys like Shaq, Moon, and Parker....let's see what they do about it. GO CAVS!

I'll take the Cavs by 7. They need a big game out of Shaq.

A good point, will be very interesting to see what happens in that sense. HAVE to have other guys step up other than LeBron, it's the way the Cavs have been able to beat the Magic in the past. I can still remember rainmaker Larry Hughes going into Orlando and dropping about 40 2 years ago. Magic will be coming on a back-to-back of their own, hopefully the Cavs are able to capitalize on this. Would be a huge win as it seems a lot of the experts are wanting to put the Cavs on the second tier of teams right now.

I found it funny when Tim Legler said the Cavs shouldn't need time to get into rhythm then contradicted himself last night saying San Antonio is a team he'll wait until MARCH to judge on because they have some new pieces they're trying to fit in...

ESPN is obviously just trying to drive the Cavs down to make it seem more and more probable that LeBron will leave.

Magic struggled with the Bobcats tonight. DHoward played 36mins. They should be tired and without Rashard I think Cavs will take this by about 10

Will take Cavs awhile to find chemistry this year. So far.....not there. But it's early.

Cavs haven't looked so good this season. I'll be interested to see what happens when they play defense against teams like Orlando with athletic PFs. IMO that was the one position they needed to improve on in the offseason, and they really didn't do anything there.

I hate to say it but Shaq will not dominate like that, especially against Howard, if magically he scored 22 points and 12 boards I would be uber pumped.

No Rashard and no Vince makes me believe the Cavs win by 7.

LeBron is pissed from the last time he played the Magic and will drop 40 on top of a triple-double and then......he won't shake hands with the Magic again!

No Rashard or Vince should mean the Cavs win by 15+.

I personally think the Cavs are better than a healthy Magic team to start off with so it should be a larger margin of victory.

The Magic have no one to guard LeBron, but Cleveland does now have a person to guard Howard and Lewis.

Excited to see this one. Too long of a layoff between games.

Cavs need to beat one of the "contenders" on the road.

Kornheiser just said it is a must win game.....he was joking but did offer some reasons why they need to win.

Isn't Vince playing? I know he played last night against the Bobcats.

Shaq will slow Howard and LeBron could focus on Lewis now if they wanted him too.

Hedo was the main factor for Orlando and now he is gone.

Wow, LeBron just said tonight he isn't answering anymore questions or taking any question about the FA of 2010.

He seems extremely focused tonight.

LeBron just told the media before the game that he's done answering FA questions until the offseason because "it's getting old" and he doesn't want anything to distract him or his teammates...

He knows where he is going, but why take the pressure off the Cavs FO?

He isn't stupid.
