I am sure that you do not dump your coffee on your driveway when you get out of your car.
Why the hell would you feel compelled to dump your left over swill in front on the convenience store or gas station where everyone has to step in your shit just to get in or out of your car.

You pop drinkers and dippers are just as bad.

There is a reason that they have trash cans at these locations. Why don't you give em a try you fucking pigs.

This kinda reminds me of the guests that stay at my hotel. They use our white towels as napkins for pizza, to work on their vehicles and who the hell knows what else. I have to throw away at least 3 towels every single day because they have grease stains on them. We have napkins and old towels right here in the lobby...come ask for some.

It's no secret that people are retarded assholes.

It does go a little bit of both ways though. When I worked at a convenience store in HS (which is like the neighborhood retard and asshole congregation point - you get some quality people coming in there on a daily basis), by far the worst task is emptying the outside trash can because all of the stuff that doesn't get dumped turns into lovely garbage juice.

I usually take whatever I need to dump (usually ice leftover from whatever pop I had) and pour it in the grass somewhere nearby where it won't hurt anything and won't turn into rancid garbage juice for the poor bastard who gets to empty the garbage.

I'm usually very good about things like disposing of my partially finished coffee when I'm in the car, but I must admit that the other day my wife and I were pulling into our Sunday Morning breakfast place and I had brought a cup of unfinished coffee with me. I hadn't finish it all because I was talking and it got cold. At least I made an effort to throw it away under the car which would hopefully not be in the path of the next patron.

I guess I always just wipe my feet out of habit when I enter a business. Point taken though about the vehicle. I drive a beat-up Ford Ranger, so I never cared about that.

So you step in some coffee. Big deal. What did you step in when you went to the restroom? Did you make sure the back of your pant legs weren't dragging or your shoe laces touching the floor? That's a much bigger concern than stepping in coffee, IMO.

ts1227 has my point. I am always bitching at my kids for throwing cups with liquid in them into the trash can at the house. Empty it out first!

BUT, I like your thread, Devils Advocate. It is not a stupid thread, imo, as being discussed in the "jump the shark" thread.

BRF makes a good point. I am very picky about the public restrooms, it's funny people will make every attempt to not bring the public restroom home with them like using a towel to open the door. How many are concerned with this and then go home and take their shoes off while touching the bottom of their shoes and then reaching into a bag of Doritos? I had an employee that would go into a porta-john in his barefeet and it didn't seem to cross his mind that he might as well have someone take a piss on his foot. Intesting thread.

Yeah, for me its wings. But, I don't see where it is my responsibility to walk to the lobby because someone is too lazy or cheap to stock me with paper towels.
