That was on our local newspaper site.

I then went to the Weather Channel site and that is calling for a few snow showers on Friday and a few snow showers on Saturday.

Ive been to 3 different sites and have seen 3 different forecasts.

Haven't heard much about this until today. Nobody I've talked to had heard about it...a quiet major storm moving in. It looks like it will be the biggest one so far this season.

Eastern Ohio will get hit harder than Western. Towards the river you will have mixing problems but there is the possibility in east central ohio for a foot or more.

I am right smack dab in the middle of Central Ohio so I am interested to see how this plays out.

God I hope not.

My gf is on call this weekend. If we get a snow storm, that means LJ is also on call this weekend as her personal driver.

The highlight off the article of the information I posted had a headline of

"Up to 14 inches of snow possible this weekend"

If that is the case I wont be working Saturday or Sunday.

I heard 6-8 inches...for Central and SE Ohio. I live in Central Ohio and work in SE Ohio so those were my main two concerns.

Looks like most of the state is gonna get hit pretty hard.

Unless there is a swing in the storm, we are going to get hit fairly hard with this storm.

Is it me, or have the last 3 February months brought heavy snowfall?

Not a quiet storm at all. The accuweather message boards have been blowing up over this storm. Last I checked the thread for this storm was over 200 pages and 2000 posts. :)

Hoping for 4-8 in my area. Toledo is forecasting 2-4 right now. I am in the Findlay area. Like someone else said, eastern central Ohio is supposed to get the good stuff.

But anything can change at this point.

The Accuweather Forums are always fun to read, espically if there is a major storm coming.
