I agree with CC in the fact that she walks around like that, she is gonna catch someone having a bad day this day it happened to be a guy. If it was me I would have given another chick in the bar 40 or 50 to blast her one.

If someone's attitude, or whatever it may be bothers you so much that you have to physically hit them, you're not an adult.
If that person is a woman, you're DEFINITELY not a man, or an adult.

Like I said I would have paid some chick off in the bar to handle it. I have never hit a woman before but I have moved them out of the way a time or two before. Chicks think they can do this and that and get in your face, waive their finger, act like bitches with no reprecussion cause we are guys. I think its bullshit. I have never hit one but I have been a bit physcial before in terms of like a full nelson to get the point across. Its especially bad when they are drinking.

I didn't look at the whole circumstances behind the Jersey incident, I was just speaking upon my experiences.

ok, its 5 bucks, get over it. and if your that bent out of shape over a drink, goto the bartender, bouncer, security guard, or whoever and get that person removed. OR how about just stop buying drinks or leaving yourself? what a novel idea. "getting in someone's face" doesnt solve anything and only escalates the situation, especially when the guy was already drunk. did she deserve to get punched for it, no. but that doesnt make her action right.LJ wrote:

I know your a little slow but I think the conversation has moved past the initial incident and is now more of a philosophical debate. So lets not debate the Dude "stealing"......its more her actions that we are debating.

If chiding someone for doing something wrong is not the right action, then I think our whole society needs to be looked at. Judges do it, cops do it, etc.Glory Days wrote:ok, its 5 bucks, get over it. and if your that bent out of shape over a drink, goto the bartender, bouncer, security guard, or whoever and get that person removed. She was yelling at the dude for stealing from her. There is nothing wrong with that.

Gotta agree Glory Days here... if some roided up guy was stealing my drinks and already piss ass drunk enough that he's been cut off by the bar tender... the last thing I do is go get in his face.LJ wrote:If chiding someone for doing something wrong is not the right action, then I think our whole society needs to be looked at. She definitely didn't deserve to get punch, nor should she have been. But getting in his face is as stupid as it gets.

There is a difference between being a bitch and just plain telling someone they are wrong.ccrunner609 wrote:Fly4Fun wrote:Gotta agree Glory Days here... if some roided up guy was stealing my drinks and already piss ass drunk enough that he's been cut off by the bar tender... the last thing I do is go get in his face.LJ wrote:If chiding someone for doing something wrong is not the right action, then I think our whole society needs to be looked at. I see nothing wrong with telling someone that they have wronged you. She was saying "those aren't your drinks, you can't take those drinks". I never hesitate to tell someone that they have wronged me.Fly4Fun wrote:Gotta agree Glory Days here... if some roided up guy was stealing my drinks and already piss ass drunk enough that he's been cut off by the bar tender... the last thing I do is go get in his face.LJ wrote:If chiding someone for doing something wrong is not the right action, then I think our whole society needs to be looked at. It's one thing telling someone they are wrong... it's another to ignore common sense and refuse to learn when to step away from a situation.

which is pretty much how all fights start, someone gets in someone else's face. had that dude been a girl, snooki probably would have had a drink thrown in her face and hair pulling and bitch slapping would have ensued from acting the way she did.LJ wrote:If chiding someone for doing something wrong is not the right action, then I think our whole society needs to be looked at. when you watch the whole clip you can see the cast members trying to solve the problem and get the guy out of there in a somewhat civil manner. then snooki comes in starts yelling and dropping f bombs at the guy and throwing her hands in his face.

I'm lacking discretion because I will confront someone who has wronged me? I don't think so. I think lacking discretion would be letting the situation escalate past that. I call not being able to confront someone who has wronged you being a pussy.
