I hate to be "that guy," but no surprise here. I take that back, I'm actually surprised we kept Louis.

As they say, "nice guys finish last." Tressel just doesn't have the "snake oil salesman" mentality to close on a wavering recruit. Kiffin, on the other hand....

All in all, a solid class. No major complaints. I would be absolutely shocked (and I would gladly eat crow) if SH signed to OSU today.

I'm definitely not surprised either, and I don't blame the kids one bit for their decisions. They have to go where they think they fit in best. Tressel sells Ohio State, not snake-oil. I remember the Henderson recruiting video where Tress told Seantrel, and I'm paraphrasing, "If you want to be a Buckeye, we'd love to have ya, but you need to make the best decision for yourself". Tressel isn't going to recruit using empty promises(ie. playing time). I wish all these kids the best, and would never wish failure on a kid, no matter where he chose to go to school. The class is very solid, especially w/ Hyde and Turner.

Not all that surprising. He loves Texas and that's where he's from, that doesn't mean other schools didn't impress him. Most guys find things they like about all the schools they are considering. No need for him to badmouth a school that was in his "final 3".

UC got a great pickup today when Munchie Lageux decommitted from Colorado and signed with UC.

#12 Rated Dual Thread QB on Rivals. Had offers from Michigan, Tennessee, Colorado, Kansas State, Oregon, WVU, Ole Miss, etc.

Decommitting from Colorado was a good decision. They haven't been worth a damn since Hawkins has been there.

Based on * ratings, OSU has a top 10 class, just don't have the numbers of the other schools.
