Back when they built the 9 story Cleveland Police headquarters in 1976 they forgot one minor detail....light switches. That's right they only put in approximately 15 switches in a 9 story building according to Safety Director Martin Flask, so since 1976 when they first turned the lights on in the building the lights have never been turned off. Cost to fix this problem 34 years later - $792,000. WOW how in the hell can you build a building and not remember light switches!!! And then you wait 34 years to fix the problem...unreal!
