My questions will be unanswered, but I'm trying to picture this playing out. What would possess someone to start punching everyone in the cab...especially a woman? What happened to the other two people? Why the hell would they think that running from the cops is going to work? Most importantly, who ratted on Hardy?

Though there probably weren't many people out at that time, how cool would it have been to have someone run past you while fleeing the cops and then realize it was the freakin' Hurricane?

Hey, don't get me wrong, I've got a million "...and then the cops showed up" stories and I've never been arrested. I doubt they really processed their options, but I guess it just seems odd because they are fairly recognizable people. If there were any witnesses at all, chances were that someone knew who he was, aside from the fact that obviously your buddies are famous too and if they get busted it isn't going to be too hard to figure out who you are.

From what I've read online, Hurricane and Matt Hardy both want out of WWE to be with Jeff Hardy and Shannon Moore in TNA (ie: the reason Matt's been dumped down to jobbing a lot and teaming with the Great F-ing Khali). I wouldn't be surprised if there was a bit of premeditation by at least Helms (who currently defines "nothing" in the WWE world) to create some bad publicity to "encourage" McMahon to give him his release.

With Jericho, I'd guess he was in the wrong place in the wrong time...although I recall him having some previous legal issues with fans a number of months back. I loved his mug shot. He was smirking like he was about ready to call the cops a bunch of his thesaurus-obtained insults.
