I obviously have seen Wynford play and I went to the NSP vs Moggy game Friday. What we have in this match up are two really good football teams! This folks is going to be a good one.

I would think Tiffin. Ashland or Fremont could also be potential. I think only one other game in the area would be OG & Orrville.

I think Fremont will get Glandorf and Orrville.

OG and Orrville are reporting that they are going to Tiffin.
That leaves Ashland or Fremont.

My vote is Fremont! What a great stadium to watch football in. NSP should be home team, right? So glad I found this site...take that JJ!

I am pretty sure Wynford will be home team. They always take the top of the bracket as home team. Which means our really cool and nifty Home All Blues. They look so cool!

...if you're on the home side. Though, I think a new visitors side might be in the works.

I might check this game out, especially if it's as close to me as Fremont.

Anyone know? Is this a nice stadium? I'm assuming it is.

I've been there a couple of times for Ashland-Bellevue games. It's pretty decent, and used to also be the home of Ashland University

Parking it not near the stadium, I am not sure where since I have never been there not working a game.

The home side seating is 5 times larger than the vistor's side.

I see these two teams about as close as you can see two teams. Both of these offenses are extremely hard to slow down. Wynford will be able to move the ball on the ground and NSP will have to throw it, which they can do very well. Who ever forces a turn over or gets two defensive stops will win this game. In talking to some of the NSP people I know they think they will be faster then Wynford, and they may be. But it is not a big enough speed difference to be that much of an advantage. Wynford will have a size advantage. They should be able to push NSP around a little. But NSP is explosive on offense. This is going to be a very close game. And I do not like the fact Wynford missed a few extra points, in this game that needs to be cleaned up. I'm sure it will be in practice this week.
But I still think we over power NSP for the win.
Size wise NSP is like Dalton and Hopewell-Loudon. Nither had an answer for the power running game. I see it happening again. But I will tell you this, this will be the best team Wynford has seen all year, by not just a little either. By alot!

GO ROYALS!

Won't NSP be the home team here? I thought the way it works is whomever the higher seed is will be home...or is it who is listed on the top slot of the bracket. Wondering why this one wasn't at Fremont?

When #8 beat #1 they became the home team for the next round
#4 then beat #8 to take the home team status from them.
So when #4 plays #2, #4 is the home team.

I'd expect alot of vistors in the home stands for this one.

I'd also expect alot of non-school conference supporters for both teams.

I thought Maple Hts and SF was Friday night though. Do they not want back to back games at the Don? I got a chance to see second half of the HL Wyn game on TV. NSP will have their hands full with a big hard hitting team. Tough to judge their speed on TV but they seem to move well for big guys.

the higher seed should always be the home team
