Sonofanump:

Thanks for the explanation. Makes sense but I still think the higher seed at the end of the regular season should be awarded home status IMO.

I don't think any stadium in the state has more than one game this weekend...they apparently wanted to spread the wealth

Flexibility is as key as turnovers and penalties at this point in the season. I expect St Paul is probably a little too much for an also good Wynford team. But I thought '08 St Paul was a LOT better than last years Hopewell Loudon team and we know how that turned out. HL found some things that worked well against a passive SP defensive plan and exploited it, St Paul D did not adjust and paid the price. Flexibility is key when your opponents are all good now. I see more blitzing this year which is good, use the athletice ability you have to disrupt the Offense.

Wow Thanks Onedawgpain and Dalton fans for your support. What a classy group of people. It will take everything we have to be successful this week but I believe the Royals have it in them. Prepare this week to play the best game you have played all year and you can do it. We have to execute on every possesion. There is no doubt that St. Paul will be the best team we have faced to date this season but I believe that the Royals will be the best team the Flyers have played also.

Good luck to both teams and LETS GO ROYALS

Hey Royal Nut I see that the Wynford thread is one of the few busy ones at the pay site. Is it heated or pretty calm. I am too cheap to pay right now. It is killing me knowing it is probably a lot of trash and I am not there to defend our honor. But it is probably better for my blood pressure anyway.

I highly doubt the flyer fans will be on there talking smack. They haven't all year and respect the Royal's team and program too much to start now. Why give anyone any added bulletin board material at this point right!?!

Optimistically confident in the Flyer's chances of pulling this one out.

By the way, my understanding is that the Ashland stadium has been remodeled since last FB season, including additional seating.

Dude I think I am the only Wynford fan on there. BUT I AM REPRESENTING!!!

Its not all that much trash talk to be honest. I have a feeling everyone is thinking this game is too close for that yet. But you watch before it is all over with I will get some trash in there sideways if I have too! LOL

I'm holding off on my fast midget comments so far.

This is one of the few stadiums in our semi close vicinity that I have never been too. So I would not know the difference if it were. But I know from some previous posts, by the sounds of it if they added visitors seating. That would be a good thing.

The pay site is busy because of the nut he has about 30 of the posts on there. Hell he's holding conversations with himself. The flyer faithful on the other site has been very respectful and understand that this is a very big game. Only person talking any type of smack is the infamous nut.

Better yet, the BW3 was just remodeled and just reopened last night. Nothing better then a few wings and refreshments prior to a good old flyer football game.

Ha Ha Ha! Go ahead OneDawg! Have at it!
I really have posted too much already.
I'm even getting tired of listening to myself post to be honest
The poll on the Huddle post has NSP at 60
and Wynford at 21
So I guess finally this year we are the underdogs-gosh it is about time!

60? are you kidding me?
Furthermore, holding you guys to 21? WTF, nobody is going to hold that offense to 21! You start to mix the pass with the running game and look out!

LOL NO NO NO there is a poll on there that asks who is going to win the game.
60 people have voted for NSP
and 21 have voted for Wynford.

LOL wouldn't give up 60 to the Indy Colts!
well maybe we would?

I will pick Wynford by one point again. In a strange twist of logic, they will make all their XP, and NSP will miss one.

Welcome to Ashland NSP and Wynford fans!

I think you will find Ashland Community Stadium quite to your liking. There is plenty of seating. Additional visitor seating has been brought in for the playoffs, and for Ashland's home playoff game in week 11 against West Geauga, those stands were hardly touched. Don't know how well either team travels, but if all the stands are filled, I will be shocked, dumbfounded, amazed .... you pick the word.

The field will probably be the nicest field either team has played on this year. Field turf was installed a couple of years ago. The field is right next to the high school, and should be an easy drive for fans of both teams.

There is tons of parking at the stadium, along side streets, and private lots that dot the area. The school parking lot is also nearby. For the handicapped drivers, a special parking area right near the main gate. Parking should be no problem whatsoever.

Come early, relax and enjoy a nice dinner in Ashland. Then enjoy a great game!

Not a NSP fan by any means professor hoops.:dodgy: Misunderstood that it was a pole. I'm sure you're much smarter than anyone on here. Screw polls, bunch of opinions that don't mean a damn thing.

All I did was point out the fact that our team is far superior to theirs. And he calls that smack? Yeash go figure?
I did not say that on there by the way.

I crack me up!
