Finished my first 60 days, lost 28 pounds in 60 days, went from 193 to 165, the 2nd month is twice as hard as first month, going to continue to go through and do it again

We just started this thing Monday. I did two weeks back in November and loved it. We are now through five days and this thing is kicking my ass. Today was "Pure Cardio" and believe me it was. I wouldn't recommend someone that is not in at least somewhat decent shape to try Insanity. The warmup is hard as hell. I'll keep everyone posted on the progress.

Seems the general consensus is that it is tough but works. For those who've tried it, is it something that easily fits into your lifestyle?

It is a pretty big difference UA. P90x is more about gaining strength where as Insanity is basically a cardio workout. No weights or other equipment are used in Insanity, it is pretty much different variations of plyometrics.
