I just joined AT&T today and got a Pantech Reveal for my wife today. The damn thing is locked. Does anyone have a site that they use to unlock phones? I can't find anything. I found a page where that shows me the steps to unlock, but no codes.
Anyone have a code site?

I want to be able to create ring tones on my computer and bluetooth them to my phone. I want to do this so I don't have to PAY for a ring tone, when I already PAID for the music.

Can you do that by emailing a music file to her phone number so it comes to it as an MMS message?

This phone won't allow anything that is not directly downloaded from AT&T a ring tone. I can get music onto the phone, I just can't turn it into a ring tone.

But on the ringtones..do u have access to the internet on the phone? There's a program called 'One Click Ringtone Converter'..you create the ringtone on your computer..then it goes to this website and it gives you a code..you go to the website on ur phone..you punch that code in..ur ringtone comes up and you download it onto ur phone.

Fab, yes, I have already done this. BUT, I can't bluetooth them and create a ringtone. I can play the music just fine on the phone. Just can't make it a ringtone.

I'm actually switching to Verizon from AT&T on Friday. Thank goodness. And ernest..I told ya how to do it buddy!

If you can access it..it's really fast. Doesn't take long at all..so it won't cost you that much to do it.

have you tried Myxxer.com or whatever it is? that's what I use on the Iphone because I don't exactly buy my music and itunes won't let you create ringtones from music not purchased on itunes.

no you can text the tone to your phone. it's the same as the emailing it to yourself idea I think, but its worth a shot.
