^^^ to be fair, Lebron should have been ejected for the water cup incident.
and you should break it down per season since kobe has been in the league twice as long:
Kobe: 8.5 Technical Fouls, 0.4 Flagrants, 0.4 Ejections
LeBron: 3.2 Technical fouls, 0.3 Flagrants, 0 Ejections
and you should break it down per season since kobe has been in the league twice as long:
Kobe: 8.5 Technical Fouls, 0.4 Flagrants, 0.4 Ejections
LeBron: 3.2 Technical fouls, 0.3 Flagrants, 0 Ejections

Nothing else gets broken down per season in this argument. Most of the things you'd break down per season would just make LeBron look even better.

I fail to see how that makes Kobe look better?Glory Days wrote: ^^^ to be fair, Lebron should have been ejected for the water cup incident.

and you also fail at reading. where did i say it would make kobe look better? i could care less about either. but you cant compare statistics with overall totals if neither subject has played the same amount of time.sleeper wrote:I fail to see how that makes Kobe look better?Glory Days wrote: ^^^ to be fair, Lebron should have been ejected for the water cup incident.

for example, Kobe has 25,000+ points. Lebron has 14,000+. So does that make Kobe better? no, just means he has played longer. you would have to find a game or season average etc to be able to compare them.

We do find season/career averages. LeBron beats Kobe in nearly every statistic. Nothing else need be said.Glory Days wrote:and you also fail at reading. where did i say it would make kobe look better? i could care less about either. but you cant compare statistics with overall totals if neither subject has played the same amount of time.sleeper wrote:I fail to see how that makes Kobe look better?Glory Days wrote: ^^^ to be fair, Lebron should have been ejected for the water cup incident.

However, in this case, it still shows Kobe being a bigger CLOWN on the basketball court so it's irrelevant to bring up the season by season averages. If it had somehow been less, then I could see it being a big deal.

Today's shot that Bryant knocked down was a horrible shot...a shot he makes about 30% of the time. Kudos to Allen for deeing it up. Sometimes bad shit happens when you do good things in life.
If I were Mike Brown, I would let him take that off balance, hand in your face, falling away from the hoop prayer thrown up by Bryant each and every time. Cav fans saw the brick Wade layed last week. Same deal here.
Over the long haul, the Lakers will lose more often than not with that type of execution.

True, but Kobe is the best player in NBA history at making nearly impossible shots.Footwedge wrote: Today's shot that Bryant knocked down was a horrible shot...a shot he makes about 30% of the time. Kudos to Allen for deeing it up. Sometimes bad shit happens when you do good things in life.
