I still don't get why Sun is in the present and not 1977. Ben I can understand.

The security on the set is very high and even the actors don't know anything other than their current script. No one but Cruse and his partner are the only ones who know the ending (which they've known from the beginning). I am so stoked! It's been a long wait for the last 18 episodes, but the they promise our long wait will be well worth it!
Matthew Fox knows the ending. He was smart enough to put that into his contract negotiations after the first 3 seasons when they negotiated the final 3.
Well, that's not in the article I read. He's quoted as saying when asked how he feels about Lost coming to an end: "There's something to be said for the unknown. I'm looking forward to NOT knowing what's next."

It is widely known that fox knows the final scene. But he may not know how it progresses there.

Yeah Fox said on Conan (I think it was, coulve been Fergusen, I dont recall) that he knows what happens to them all at the very end and what some of the stuff on the island is...but doesnt know exactly what happens in the lead up to all of that (basically the last 2 episodes).

I am wondering if we will see some sort of a play on it being Groundhog Day tomorrow.

Thanks all for the insight about Fox. I never saw him interviewed or read anything along the lines of him knowing anything about the ending. The article I read was from Jan 26th, so I wonder why he would make it seem like he didn't know anything then when he clearly does. Damn! Can't believe anything you read anymore LOL.

Haha. Well the interviews I have seen, he always talks about how the other cast members try to get it out of him, but he always keeps his mouth shut. Maybe he was rubbing it in to them that he knew what was going to happen or something.

All I know is that tonight is the night!

If the theme is religious, will Jacob take a three day nap and rise on the third day.
Wow good call on Richard there!

Wow! What a premier! I'm still lost though, but slowly but surely I'll get it. Was interesting to see how things would have worked out for the losties had the plane not crashed. Good to see Claire, Charlie, Boone etc. Also glad that Sayid didn't die, but sad that Juliette did. She was hot!

I think the part where Locke and Jack were at the airport will hold some significance in the end. Jack said to Locke, "Nothing is irreversible" after locke said the reason he was in a wheel chair was an irreversible problem. I think the whole nothing is irreversible is going to be used again at the end when wither the two time periods connect and everyone is safely in LA

Sayid is to Jacob as Locke is to Esau.

gotcha'....so Sayid is Jacob reincarnated--interesting.

I also think Juliet saying "it's fixed" to Sawer (via Miles) has big implications...
