Wonder if Ferry has worked the phones now about a possibly PG/SG replacement for Williams? Not sure there are really any viable options short term that wouldn't cause any contract issues coming up.

Its something that the Cavs were looking at in the offseason since they don't have a true PG. Especially since we have the good possibility of West getting suspended late in the season.

Maybe if they can pull off a trade for a good 4 man, there will be a serviceble PG involved that helps make the money matchup.....wishful thinking probably.

That was my first thought.

But Cleveland is entering the easiest part of their schedule with 11 of 13 at home which is the majority of Mo's absence. Guys like Gibson and West aren't terrible controlling the ball and I don't want to mess with contracts for a short term fix.

They should be OK with what they have now. Unless Delonte West gets any suspension fron his upcoming gun charges. Losing them both at the same time would cause problems!!

Did Marv just say welcome to Cleveland on a bitter cold 33 degree night, to open the telecast?

If I'm Phil I'm posting Pau every play against Hickson. Nothing against JJ, but Pau has a good size advantage on him

I'm pretty worried about where the Cavs will get points from.

^^^

This year?

Artest loves the 3 ball. I'm surprised the coaches let him shoot those, he's horrendous from the outside. And he loves jacking up bad shots.

I think "Kobe's bad finger" should be a drinking game.

Everytime it's mentioned, take a shot.

You'd be HAMMERED!

Kobe has traveled numerous times on the catch. He takes two steps before he puts the ball on the floor.

JJ has traveled too.

The cabs won't be able to find enough offense tonight. Without mo the lakers will just close the middle and let the cavs shoot from the perimeter all night. I don't see the cavs winning this game.

Why the F does LeBron continue to guard the Shannon Browns and Sashas of the world? Put him on Kobe. Kobe will score 30+ on the combo of Jawad Williams and Anthony Parker

I love Lebron when he is off the ball....his on the ball defense is suspect at best.

Good time out by Phil, you could tell he was pissed at Farmar.

Not sure why Jordan tried to drive, he should have thrown the ball to LO in the post.

That's the reason why Farmar's days as a Laker are numbered.

Also, I am ready for the playoffs....we all know that these are title contenders.....this game and the one on xmas day didn't show us anything.

Also, Pau is such a mismatch......we need a better 4 man.
