After last night, the one thing that puts a smile on my face is that I'm not from Dayton and I don't go there.

I'm also glad you don't go there. You would stink up the place.

Great! Dayton gets to go to NYC and find out if they are the 66th, 67th 68th or 69th best team in the NCAA!

Whoo Hoo! Go Flyers!

At least Dayton is still playing. That's more than I can say for Xavier.

LOL! So is Pacific and Missouri State. Does that mean they are both better than Xavier?

Dayton has played some good basketball during the past week or two. I expect them to win the NIT. I just wish they had played that way in the regular season and in the A-10 tourney. I don't know how far we could have gone in the NCAA.

Probably the 2nd round. If that.

If the Dayton team that beat Xavier by 25 points showed up, we probably would have done better than the 2nd round.

But we didn't do well down the stretch. As least the NIT is a consolation prize.
