its pretty bad out there (in central OH)

tad bit better, the swelling of my tonsils has gone down a bit from the prednisone i have been taking, but still feeling pretty run down...hopefully i will be able to get a lotttt of sleep this weekend and get some energy back, thanks for askin

be careful coming off that steroid. My wife was on that a couple of weeks ago and when she stopped her muscles ached like crazy. I know they try to step down your dosage before quiting, and she did, but that really knocked her for a loop.

did not know that, but yes you are right i do take less and less of it as i go, but thanks for the heads up, it is the only thing i have taken so far that has provided any relief
