Haha I don't know if I'd use this defense. By that logic I could go to a porno website copy the Image, paste it on a thread and then say "well I didn't take the picture!"

I could see that causing problems for people that were unaware that you were copying and pasting.

I don't know I just don't like the precedent this sets. Now some douche who wants starts popping off and cussing people out can just say "well I just copied and pasted all of that, it wasn't me"

Yeah I have no problem with the language at all. I was kind of referring to the responses in this thread, but I kind of wasn't. My main point is that people can potentially be unaware that somebody is copying and pasting and that the "copying and pasting" can easily be used as a defense too by some idiot poster, and can't realistically be proven or disproven.

My point was just that in the future I felt that this defense could be taken advantage of
