Wasn't better than The Hangover, but I think The Hangover is overrated too. Still hasn't been a better comedy than Old School since it came out. Wedding Crashers was close.
But Step Brothers was hilarious for awhile, and then it just gets stupid and then it just gets boring and it never recovers.

all classic quotes. just proves that this is a great comedy. gotta admit, the first time i watched it i didnt think it was that great but since then ive come around. hangover doesnt even compare.

FINALLY I'm not the only sensible person on this planet!!! lol Old School is my #1 as far as funny movies go. Hangover fell completely off after the second time watching it. It does not hold up well therefore it can't be in my top 10

Ya I'm with ya on Old School and Wedding Crashers. I like Step Brothers/Anchorman type movies but they're so over the top it gets annoying to me after a while.

The more I watch them, the more Superbad cements itself atop my list. When I saw The Hangover in theaters at first I thought it was great. Since then I've watched it a couple of more times, and it is slipping. It didn't have the staying power I thought it would. Superbad is funny every single time that I watch it.
As far as Step Brothers, I'm a fan. The first time I watched it I was a little disappointed, but I've watched a few times since and it has really grown on me.

That, while hilarious, also makes me cringe....
i love this movie. I thought the first time I saw it it was pretty dumb but I've learned to appreciate it over time. And having only watched Hangover once, I'm not sure I can compare the two yet.
