They said OSU contacted Dillion Baxter earlierdevil1197 wrote: Prater is going to rethink his choice along with probably all the other USC recruits.
OSU has been said to have contacted some of the players as well as most top teams.

How much has the past two/three recruiting classes have an affect on this recuiting class?
Kids want to play early and OSU has a deep depth chart at many positions

True, but doesn't Florida lose a lot of starters?
Not sure Tressell will promise a kid to start.lol
I'm talking the class as a whole

They're making a multi year commitment. Maybe he just like Florida better. Plus, I think you're wrong--I think he would have been on the field a lot of OSU next year.buckeyes_woowee wrote: Well Floyd wouldn't get alot of playing time net year at OSU

One position OSU lacks good depth is DT, Floyd would have played next season.
They have Simon, Larimore, Goebel, and Hankins. Heyward could also play some DT if needed.

That wouldn't have had an effect on Floyd. Any halfway decent DT would come right in and get playing time. We have nothing behind the starters at DT. Defensive line play was the difference between Ohio State and the elite teams the previous few years, and it was the reason Ohio State is back this year. If they can't bring in big time players on the D-line, they will go back to national humiliation against the top teams.Preacher wrote: How much has the past two/three recruiting classes have an affect on this recuiting class?
