I would suspect New Phila and Dover to be at the top, but the other 5 teams should also be competitive.
New Phila - Returns one of the better pitchers in the Eastern District in Stephenson. Also return Bird, McEwan(if healthy), Widder and others from last years regional qualifier.
Dover - Returns top 3 pitchers in Drapcho, Bache, Stahl. Also return seniors Mamarella, Dummermuth and Murtaugh.
