Two hours to go before the NFL trade deadline. Adam Schefter is speculation the Browns will trade rights to Josh Gordon.

Glad this didn't happen. They had a deal in place at 3:55pm but the Browns failed to call the league offices in time. So, in typical Browns fashion, poor clock management.

If Twitter is telling the truth (often, a big "if"), they made the trade and celebrated making the trade, but forgot to call it in, which just adds an extra layer of "WTF?" to the proceedings.

I have a major issue that our Front Office is completely incompetent. I didn't want McCarron either but for fucks sake they couldn't even logistically make a trade. That's fucking scary to think about.

And if that story is true, it's the Bengals who should be pissed because they had the Browns fleeced and someone in their organization screwed it up.
