If only someone here could have foreseen that he'd be terrible.... Oh wait, I DID!Crimson streak;1871863 wrote:Watson looked terrible. His pocket awareness is almost non existent. He looked to take off running almost as soon as the ball was snapped.

Don't be sleeper. I don't recall many (if any) of us saying we should draft him.Commander of Awesome;1871865 wrote:If only someone here could have foreseen that he'd be terrible.... Oh wait, I DID!

Should have done a better job keeping track of the posters who did. Def not being a BR/Sleeper here, arguing with myself. I believe S&L loved him, trying to recall the others. Either way, point taken, I'll stop mentioning it every INT.like_that;1871866 wrote:Don't be sleeper. I don't recall many (if any) of us saying we should draft him.

I definitely didn't want anything to do with him. His stats vs pressure was terrible. I think I was the only one that actually wanted Kizer.Commander of Awesome;1871868 wrote:Should have done a better job keeping track of the posters who did. Crimson was all in on Kizer before the season started last year. I even made fun of him for it, so hopefully I am completely wrong.

I just knew the type of kid he was and watched so many of his games and the way he stands in the pocket and handles pressure that he could be a damn good qb. He has all the talent in the world and his weaknesses have always been fixable traits. Obviously the jury is still out on him but he should only keep getting better as he gains more reps and experience.like_that;1871873 wrote:Crimson was all in on Kizer before the season started last year. I wasn't a fan of Watson either I honestly don't remember anyone being high on him. I thought on Mahomes was the best QB from this class even though he was from the Big 12 (I think you did too COA). Then Crimson was all in on Kizer. I think hes been posting about him since the 2016 draft. But I'm pretty sure most everyone thought this class sucked as far as QBs went.

Where's your proof? I don't remember ever being very high on Watson.Commander of Awesome;1871868 wrote:Should have done a better job keeping track of the posters who did. You probably just mentioned Watson's name in one of your "I don't care who they take just take a QB" posts.SportsAndLady;1871879 wrote:Where's your proof? I don't remember ever being very high on Watson.

Lol maybe. I remember saying Watson wouldn't make a good NFL QB in college football forums. But that was years ago. Maybe I said Watson had a good preseason game?Iliketurtles;1871882 wrote:You probably just mentioned Watson's name in one of your "I don't care who they take just take a QB" posts.
I'm definitely on record of saying Mitchell trubisky will be great.

I don't recall anyone being on the Watson bandwagon on here. Arm strength was a major concern from the start.like_that;1871866 wrote:Don't be sleeper. I don't recall many (if any) of us saying we should draft him.

I'll back you on this one. Pretty sure I recall you being in the "do not draft" camp on Watson.SportsAndLady;1871879 wrote:Where's your proof? I don't remember ever being very high on Watson.

This is true, I'm in love with Mahomes. He's a stud.Iliketurtles;1871876 wrote:I wasn't a fan of Watson either I honestly don't remember anyone being high on him. I'm curious as to why you think this? He's got a big arm but that's it. He's got even worse accuracy issues than kizer and he has no idea how to move in a pocket.he may actually have the worst footwork of anyone drafted. I can't see him lasting too long in the NFL.Commander of Awesome;1871901 wrote:This is true, I'm in love with Mahomes. He's a stud.

Kansas City might have a date with the Super Bowl. They've looked great.

Always good to get wins whenthe offense isn't quite clicking. Game wasn't on so followed on Game cast and Bell workload is increasing and looks like Bryant is also getting on the same page.
Hope watts groin injury isn't too bad.
Now to week 3. In the nfl.....any given Sunday so ya never know what will happen but I will never apologize for being 2-0

Steelers with a good win. Would rather have had them finish off a couple more drives, but they did more than enough to beat a team led by Case Fucking Keenum. Chicago next I think, which should be an easy win, as long as it isn't their yearly inexplicable loss to a horrible team. With it being a road game, that's actually kind of likely, lol.

Dallas defense might be worse than the defense from 2 years ago.
