Looking at the Saturday of Presidents' Day weekend, 2019.

Probably going to be in Columbus instead of Chicago. Majority of the wedding will be on my fiancé and I's dime, so Chicago was ruled out.

Congrats, and if you haven't already picked out a reception venue (yeah, believe it or not, it's not too early to start looking, even though it's not until 2019), you might want to look at the Bridgewater in Dublin--my son had his reception there and it was amazing, and not outrageously priced either.

...dream vacation to Europe (France, Belgium, German, Italy, and Greece) and if anything is left over, spend it on golf.

Reading this thread makes me so thankful I don't have Student Loan Debt. Best gift my parents ever gave me.

I'd consider buying a car, as I haven't had one since 2008. But I could buy one now if I wanted. I'd like to use it for a down payment on a house, but not sure I could use it within 30 days (buying houses takes a while).

I'd buy a baller bike, some $10k+ full carbon badass bike that I would never justify spending money on normally. Get some wheel upgrades, helmet, cycle clothes (which are really expensive). With the ~$35k left over, I'd book flights for my mom or us to fly home a few times a yr for the next year or so. Flights are ungodly expensive from Bay Area to Cleveland and is a reason we don't get see each other more than a couple of times a yr. With the remaining $30k, I'd give to S&L/like_that for their wedding.

That'd be nice. Thank you.

Since I don't get to pay off debt:

Wrap up Christmas Shopping
New Laptop
New Desktop
Vacation
Fix up the House
Build and stock a big-ass Humidor in my basement
Buy some rare Bourbon

Oh...and I'd offer Yappi some money for names and IP addresses of all the clones so I can shoot up their houses.

We have relatives coming to stay with us for most of August, so i would buy a small house somewhere close so i don't have to be here.

Fuck. That.

Currently mildly looking to buy a house, and I want to get a 2 bedroom only almost exclusively for this reason.

Down payment on a new house similar in value to my own, then sell my current house...effectively paying down my debt by $50k without directly breaking the rules of this thread.

So who gets the money? Or is this not a sweepstakes? Just hypothetical?

We have a four bedroom house and 3 kids. (One bedroom is an office) At one point we will have 5 guests. Fuck if I know where they are sleeping. I'm leaving that up to my wife because she told them all they can stay here.

No clue what one of those 180 day cruises around the world costs. But hopefully that.
