Do we know it was Tito? He doesn't usually call for a sac bunt, but won't tell a player not too either. I can't stand the bunt, and can't understand why teams still do it, with all the numbers we now have in it. But yeah, that was an awful time to sac bunt, by whoever made the decision.

Not defending an 0-2 oppo field double to the wall...BUT, Lonnie has to catch that ball. It hit at the base of he wall and he was there a full second before the ball.

Does "Batting Practice Pitcher/Gopher Ball Server" Tomlin ever really have anything?

I'm hoping they make a move at the deadline to add a quality starter so his hillbilly looking ass doesn't start another game this year. And this is coming from a Trevor Bauer "basher" who would rather see Bauer on the hill 1000x's more than Gopher Tomlin.

.... no runs scored. :(

Tito is having a rough night.

And pulled Logan after he struck out all 3 batters he faced. Whoops

I'm sure this topic has been brought up previously but Tito is the king of the sacrifice bunt. Over the last 3 (?) years. the Tribe has lead the league in sacrifice bunts by almost 30. In fact, they have more sac bunts in that time frame than many NL teams which is pretty incredible.

I'd rather have summer of 2016 healthy Salazar when the time comes.

Assuming they were to make the playoffs, even if Salazar bounces back, I think they need a 4th arm they can rely on. It could possibly be Bauer, with the way he's pitched lately, but I'd rather pull out Wayne Garland, at his current age, than trot Tomlin out there. The guy has no margin for error.

Funny you mentioned "lefty." Heard bringing back Sabathia could be an option.

I know they've lost 7 in a row, but why is a first place Yankee team going to be dealing players and not acquiring?

Tomlin's max should be twice through the order, period. I don't care if he's at 30 pitches through 6 innings......twice through the order, period.

And on a side note:

Almonte is actually getting a lot of votes for "All Star".
