Having money, naturally I travel a lot. Most of the people I've talked to today have said 15-0 with a state title.

Tough schedule. Figure 8-2 would be a great season and we'll see what noise they can make. However, if things snowball against them, first four games are very lose-able and could blow up the season.

8-2? A great season? Don't kid yourself....The Massillon freaking Tigers....8-2? The country's most prominent HS football program?

If you look closely you'll see that you're the only one NOT predicting 15-0.

The only other person I've met that didn't predict 15-0 said 14-1 and he was immediately removed from the first practice this morning. After some careful consideration he was allowed into the second practice.

You're not TOTALLY wrong Al. He is looking good but he's been here for years. I know it's just an accident by you but you make it sound like we just went over and plucked him up yesterday. Anyway, at the first two practices today he looked really good, the third practice he was pretty tired.

Your not paying attention pal, your love for Massillon football is well documented, I'm surprised you know nothing of how kids get here. Our scouts and recruiters do a very good job (not as well as parochials, hoover or Perry), but this kid wasn't recruited.

This kid was recruited during his junior high years. He was at Perry before that.

I should have made 2 more options.

And options 2, 3 & 4. All three options are very possible to occur.

The Ohio High School Athletic Association announced Saturday that it is penalizing the Massillon High School football team for recruiting violations.
OHSAA Interim Commissioner Dave Gray announced the decision via an email.
The OHSAA said its investigation involved several football players who were recruited to attend Massillon by its coach, Nate Moore, along with assistant football coaches and booster club members. In addition to a public reprimand, the penalties include a $5,000 fine, probation for three years through the end of the 2018-2019 school year and the suspension of Moore from coaching the Tigers in the 2016 playoffs if the team qualifies.
