Why didn't Lindor just go to first to begin with? Dumb play all around, but EE should have caught it

It never looked like Lindor would win that race to bag. Just go to first.

That said, Encarnacion needs to be alert, because it also never looked like Lindor wouldn't throw to first. I guess we didn't sign him for his defense lol.

He's never been good on defense.....could make outstanding play but not routine ones
