Lee's Famous is the best, but I've never seen it outside of the half-dozen Lexington locations so I'm not sure if it is anywhere else. They are putting in a Bojangles down the street from me and I'm hoping it's up before we move in June.

I like Lees gizzards the best. Their chicken is pretty good and actually forgot all about them. A few still around here where I live. Bellefontaine has one and Springfield has one.

I've been underwhelmed with literally everything I've had in their menu the 3 or 4x I've been there.

I only get wings, curly fries, or if I'm not in the mood for wings I like their club sub.

The food was OK the couple of times I was there, but it reminds me of the Yogi-ism "Nobody goes there any more - it's too crowded".

Where is that?

Also, has anyone ever had Krispy Krunchy Chicken? They are chicken restaurants in gas stations. I love their chicken.

When we drove home from Florida this past December, Mrs. Zunardo planned for a pilgrimage to have lunch at "Lady & Two Sons" in Savannah GA (Paula Deen's restaurant). She had the fried chicken dinner, and pronounced it as one of the finest she's ever had. I tried a small piece and had to agree.

Canes has better Bread and chicken than Zaxby's IMO, but Zaxby's has much better fries and options. Cant go wrong with either.

Hot Chicken Takeover is my favorite in Columbus. My all-time favorite is Colonel's Lady in Kentucky.

That place is outstanding when you consider their price/portion and goodness of food. Wonder where this pic came from. I thought there were only about 5 of these and all in the tri state (OH, WV, KY) area.

Looks like they are going on chicken tenders. I rarely get chicken tenders. Best ones I've had are at Butterbees (a couple around Cincy)

This thread is making it quite clear that I need to try Popeyes....I always try to stop at Canes when in C-Bus for an OSU game, I do think it the sauce I am addicted to. I enjoy chik fil-a.

There is one in Circleville and I think still one in Hillsboro...shares building with LJS lol. Is there a Rax still in Lancaster on 22?

FWIW I love their roast beef sandwiches way more than Arby's
