I don't use an alarm so I have no idea what a snooze button even is. I wake up when the sun is up.

Science. That sleep you have after the snooze is worthless. Set your alarm later.

I'll continue to use my snooze button as I please while dominating at life.

Thanks though.

Define "dominating at life".

I guess I used the snooze button a few times when younger, but it's been an eternity since I have. It usually was for those "I'm a bit hung over; maybe I should keep my eyes closed for 10-20 more minutes and skip breakfast today to make up for that time" sort of reasons.

For starters, not being concerned about minuscule things like the usage of my 9 min snooze button on my iPhone.

Look, on this site, if you want to say you're "dominating at life" or anything like that, you HAVE to be making dubious claims about your wealth while also making hilarious hot taeks that no one else remotely takes seriously. If you can't do that, you're just a faux-dominator. And no one like a big phony!

what do you need an alarm for? Get up and do nothing?
I'm awake and already at work before you even roll out of bed, buttercup.

I don't use a snooze or and have never really used a alarm. I have one set but I always wake up and get up before it goes off. I've also never understood why people set an alarm only to hit the snooze button over and over again ever 5-10 minutes.

I usually have my alarm set for 1 hrs before I need to wake up because I try and get my workouts in before work. But, if I wake up way too tired, I'll hit the snooze/reset my alarm for an hour later.

Question for those that Snooze with a partner, what does your partner do? If I slept later than my partner and they snoozed, I would be pissed.

I'm a shitty sleeper, but for some reason I can sleep through her multiple alarms.

My gf could sleep through an earthquake. She doesn't even move when my alarms goes off.

As far as a snooze. I set two alarms. One that is at the time I should get up. And the 2nd one 25 minutes later. I still have plenty of time to get ready and what not with the 2nd alarm. I use my phone and have it across the room. So I physically get up out of bed and get my phone and either lay back down and sleep or I just mess around on my phone til the 2nd alarm. Typically, I fall back asleep.

Yeah I would punch my husband in the balls if he set five alarms every morning.

I never hear my wife's alarm clock that goes off 30 min before mine.

I can sleep.

My wife's goes off, it wakes me up before her. But I can go back to sleep. The hour (or more if I have later meetings) after she wakes up is the best sleep for me, cause the dog moves to her side. He sleeps right against my back which wakes me a few times each night.

I've never understood the snooze. I just set my alarm for the latest possible time I want to get up. I'm a terrible sleeper though, I wake up multiple times every night.

I have never used the snooze button. There are days I wake up when my alarm goes off but I usually wake up 2 to 5 minutes before my alarm. It's weird.

You have your circadian rhythm pretty much intact.
