In September, I was moving a soccer goal. Did my back. Workers comp.

Feel like an absolute idiot. Bulging disc in L4/L5 and disc protrusion in L5/S1. Have surgery in 2 weeks for it. Did everything I could to prevent surgery...nothing worked.

While going out one night in BG we drove to town but decided to walk back to the apartment due to having a few too many drinks. While walking home we were going by a factory that was not well lit and I decided that would be good place to relieve myself. I ran ahead of the group and the next thang I knew I was face first on the sidewalk. Some one had put the concrete base to a usps mailbox in the middle the sidewalk. Didn't realize until the next morning I had broken my front teeth and I'm pretty sure I broke my big toe too.

I leaned over to pick up a laundry basket once and hit my head on the doorway. I don't think it would have been a big deal but I was 2 months out from a real concussion and spent the next 5 days vomiting before I went to the doctor for pain meds.

Back in HS, had a teammate run and jump on a 50-50 ball. Opponent got there first. Ball was kicked at about 40MPH about 3 feet from him straight to the junk. He went down, crawled a bit. Ref blew the whistle to stop the game. He crawled some more to the sideline then got up and limped to the port-a-john. Said he was pissing blood and puking all over the place. If I hadn't seen blood drops all the way, I wouldn't have believed it. Cannot imagine the pain.

High school football this kid was running down the sideline and absolutely crushed the kid. His foot came up and kicked me right in the balls. Went to the locker room and threw up. Worst pain ever

1. had a guy kick a cordless drill off a 2nd story framing job while I was pooring a sidewalk below, drill bit went into my arm.

2. Broke both collar bones at the same time when I was 7 jumping a bike off a homemade street ramp.

3. Ripped a kids braces off with my elbow playing HS bball. Got 12 stitches in my elbow

4. Shot my rubber boot with a pellet gun in 7th grade and the pellet came back and hit me between the eyes.

Tore my labrum slightly while warming up in the gym. Standing shoulder presses, 45lb bar, nothing else. I heard a pop after 5 reps. :(

I've stopped doing Standing Shoulder Presses (or Military Presses) for this exact reason. I've heard so many stories of ppl fucking their shoulder up doing them.

Yup, it sucks. I can't do them anymore unless I get it fixed, lateral raises from here on out. I don't plan on getting the surgery anytime soon. I rehabbed the pain away.
