The bar I was at everyone wanted his head on a stake. After that last TD his stats popped on the screen. I don’t think people realized how well he played that game until it was over.

Those first three quarters felt like he was overthinking it. He would have open guys and hesitate. Something happened at the start of the 4th quarter because he gave 0 fucks and became a gunslinger.

I think everyone has been hard on JT, myself included at times. I will say that I have also said all along that all the problems with the offense were not entirely on JT. He just had lost all his confidence. Now, we see receivers getting open, him even throwing them open, and the play calling has certainly improved most of the time as well. I'm so glad that Barrett is finally playing at a high level again, and if OSU can learn to cover kicks and cut out some dumb mistakes, the sky is the limit for this team.

Stat of the game:
Barkley 21 carries for 44 yards.
That includes his 36 yard TD so he had 8 yards in his 20 other carries.
Great job by the defense in containing him.

Never said anything about winning out.

Somehow losing to UM or Wisky and ending up with 2 losses to PSU’s 1

But I understand PSU doesn’t have that great schedule strength OSU had last year

Had to eat some crow last night and today. Was very critical of Jt and his confidence. I was bashing him cause he could not throw the ball over ten yards. I have to say he impressed me the whole game. That was a great game to watch. Go Bucks!
