I read they cuffed everyone in the parking garage as a precaution, as shooter was trapped but no one knew who it was.

Cnn article has witness quotes saying this was a knife attack and belief is that all gunfire was from cops...unless there are multiple assailants with different weapons

Def quite a few of them in Columbus. In the past there had been some threats against military personnel by Somali nationals in that area.

2nd knife attack in Columbus this year. (We don't know the motives of this yet, just reposting this from twitter)

Edit to add that the morons who used this event already to call for gun control (Tim Kaine included) when there wasn't even a gun, are despicable. Can people ever wait for facts before spreading dumb agendas? How bout just tweeting for the safety of students and faculty.

Give them a minute and they will change their tune to "you can't blame all Muslims for the actions of one Muslim" which I happen to agree with but it's funny how they rush to blame guns and/or white people.

I don't much care about his religion nor his skin color. I care that he attempted to kill a number of humans, and a good guy ventilated him. Hope it fucking hurt.

Hopefully 2017 we will actually be allowed to criticize Islam without being called Islamophobic or a racist against brown people.

One can dream, I suppose.

Nope. The media currently is baffled as to what could possibly be this guy's motivation. Let's ignore his facebook rant complaining about Muslims tortured somewhere or something stupid.

Don't deface a whole religion. But, yeah, it appears, it was his twisted version of it.

Well, no shit. I would too if I were them. But, I have seen no evidence yet he was actually trained by them, had contact with them, and was directly led to this specific attack by them.
This is all speculation thus far.

If he's a "Soldier of ISIS", they're kind of getting to bottom of the barrel.

Right because the majority of Muslims don't believe in Sharia Law, regressive women's rights, killing of gays, and no punishment for leaving the religion.

This is Islam. This is a radicalized person in the faith, but its not like he's getting radicalized because of some weird brand of Islam. This is Islam. It is antithetical to a civilized society.

It doesn't bother me if people are distrustful or "intolerant". Islam needs to grow up, essentially. Not every issue (women doing what they want, gays, etc.) that doesn't agree with it needs to be killed.

Found the racist. Let me know when you are ready to recognize your Islamophobic and bigoted self.
