Wow....so 60 Minutes has some chic-version of Al Gore spewing nonsense about how global warming causes more and more severe hurricanes....which scientists mainly agree is inconclusive at best (an extraordinary and unbelievable admission given the very shaky foundation behind most alarmist claims).

They just hired Oprah. Been on a downward trend for awhile. But I agree, used to think 60 minutes was one of the more less leaning news sources.

A: I think we have to really intensify our efforts. That's the reason for the Nunn/Lugar II program. Others are engaging even in an eco- type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.
So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations. It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our efforts, and that's why this is so important.
