That hardly makes it immune from groupthink....and groupthink means the whole is less than the sum of the parts. People tend to assimilate and take on shared values and beliefs to their neighbors and community in order to be accepted. And that is fundamental to the United STATES, that major metros don't dictate how people live in the other 99% of the country.isadore;1880164 wrote:Gosh, what Bull. Where is that city that is next to Chicago on the murder rate list?

What difference, at this point, does it make?
Hillary lost and I'm glad she did. I'm completely satisfied with the fact that I did not vote for her.
Trump won and I'm not glad that he did. I'm completely satisfied with the fact that I did not vote for him.
That's probably the common thread with most of us on this forum.

A shithole? Look up the demographics of it. Look up the demographics of it. Wonder why the schools are terrible too? (Hint: poverty)
I’ve never argued SC is full of geniuses or that it’s “full of intellectual diversity”. Your electoral college argument is dumb

It’s a shithole. Same reasons the schools are bad in most of the state (poverty). I’m not the one saying it’s full of “intellectual diversity”.isadore;1880247 wrote:gosh a ruddies, you keep changing the playing field as you are proven wrong.

So now Donna Brazile is 180-ing and saying that she never claimed that the 2016 dem primary was rigged. So, I imagine that she's being heavily leaned on now. But that's beside the point. She can't deny what is already printed and quoted DIRECTLY.
What a joke ... just, what a joke that the dem party is.
Tom Perez, the DNC chair, is also refusing to admit that it was rigged. Anybody surprised?

I am actually wildly impressed at the arrogance to think that people will buy this shit. I know we say this country is dumb, but not that dumb. Will Warren backtrack her confirmation of rigging as well?CenterBHSFan;1880361 wrote:So now Donna Brazile is 180-ing and saying that she never claimed that the 2016 dem primary was rigged. Gotta admit, if we weren't $20T in debt, watching the DNC and GOP one up each other with their ineptitude would be highly entertaining.

From what I'm seeing from actual progressives - they are screaming "gaslighting" and are now to the point where they are admitting that this kind of thing is exactly why Trump won the election. I guess that is one thing that I agree with progressives on lol (oh gawd)like_that;1880362 wrote:I am actually wildly impressed at the arrogance to think that people will buy this shit. Lots of outrage going on and the dems are cementing a loss for 2020 IMO.
