On ideology alone yes he would be a harder sell. The public exposure of the corruption of Hillary, her campaign, and the DNC was unique in our lifetime. There are a significant number of voters who value the rule of law above party. I had resigned myself to a write in for president. Then I saw the political power wielded against Comey and the FBI. I changed my mind and used the only vehicle left to keep the law breaker from being rewarded with the highest office. Our legal system failed me so peacefully I inked an oval for Tump right above the write in blanks I wanted to fill. I am sure I was not alone. Both parties are culpable maybe I should not lay it all on the DNC. Toughest vote I ever cast.

Yeah, I think a lot of the people who were leery of someone with Trump's temperament being president, but were dead-set against Hillary would look at Bernie as a good escape hatch because they'd know his policies would be so far left, everything would get bogged down, so it'd basically be four years of nothing going on.

An interesting theory I saw that a few, at least enough to make a difference in a close election, voted AGAINST Hillary thinking she was going to win anyway while picking Repubs to control the House and Senate. Only flaw with that logic is why not just vote 3rd party - granted, for me it wasn't going to matter but I wasn't going to endorse either one of those clowns with my vote.

And the other half of the story is a bunch more of Obama's coalition stayed home - Trump will probably just edge McCain's popular vote and fall short of Romney. Trump didn't bungle his way to a win - Hillary flat out lost the election with a campaign that would have embarrassed Mitt Romney.

I don't feel like that last deal had as much impact as people think. I think when he "recommended no charges" and basically laid out the case and showed she lied that it may have cost her the election.

But the fact is, while maybe a prosecutor couldn't prove criminal liability, we all KNOW the only reason she did that was a deliberate attempt to evade FOIA and Congressional inquiry.

This really was pretty much like every game thread....when I read it a day or 2 later and see how much Sleeper and Isadore FAIL there was early on....makes me smile.

Here comes the protesters anti Trump....Career unemployed, educated medicated misfits, uneducated unemployable, all the matter groups, basement dwellers, oc trolls, career felones, professional looters, coat hang supporters, entitlement generation and this could be fun party goers... Protesting for their displeasure with the election of Trump that would be the "title reason" but the real goal for many participants is the opportunity to loot, destroy, robbery and get free stuff...
