Mike D'Antoni wins coach of the year over Popovich and Spoelstra. Um, why was Spoelstra a possibility? Nothing says COY like a .500 record and not making the playoffs.

Probably because they started out 11-30, finishing 30-11 after that point and almost getting in. He probably got consideration for their turnaround. I'd also ask why Pop was considered? They should just hand that guy the award pretty much ever year.

Sounds like PG to Houston now is in the works. That will be tough to get done. But I've seen a decent haul to Pacers for it, including Gordon, another player and 3 picks (but Houston will be good...so picks might suck).

CP3 still has to stay healthy which he has proven incapable of doing. They're giving up a lot for a 32 yr old guy that is hurt a lot and needs the ball in his hands. I dont think they even get a game against GSW.

As currently structured I'd agree. They add PG, different story, which is what my post was about.
