Playing the vaunted Cubs would be more like the Cavslike_that;1817179 wrote:Who do we want? I say Dodgers.
Dodgers are pretty special right now. They keep doing things they shouldn't be doing. Dave Roberts is pulling the good strings. Kenley Jansen has been like Miller barring one appearance

I hope those come down. Those are Standing Room Only tickets with a face value of $100 that people are marking up 700%.Ironman92;1817192 wrote:Damn....$700 cheapest on stubhub
Out of my range.
I have 4 each for a potential game 6 and 7.
I'd really like to get to Game 1 or 2 to ensure I get to a WS game in case it only goes 4 or 5.
I'm calling in any and all favors.

We have one ticket for game one, two for two, and four each for six and seven. Really hoping to get some more SRO for game one. Really annoying that we couldn't get everything we wanted even though we're season ticket holders.

I don't care who we play. Instincts say LA because on paper, by name and based on their regular season....the Cubs are scary. Lester, Hendricks, Arrieta and Lackey. Chapman in the pen.
The Dodgers have Kershaw and then follow him with Rich Hill, Urias and Maeda. Doesn't seem quit as scary.
But whoever it is...is a damn fine team and will be a hell of a challenge. Gun to my head...still prefer the Dodgers but the Cubs don't seem as invincible right now.
The big worry...who sits in the NL? Napoli or Santana? That's a huge bat out of our lineup.

I worry about Cubs because Rizzo and Russell haven't hit at all and they are going to, especially Rizzo.TBone14;1817246 wrote:I don't care who we play. I also know Cubs fans will be snapping up tickets on the secondary market and will flood the Jake and ticket brokers are the only people who want that.

Cubs were the best team in baseball, and have the best roster. Give me the dodgers.
